Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Advance Payment
- For certain orders, an advance payment may be required before dispatch to confirm the order. This will be communicated to the customer via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Orders requiring advance payment will only be shipped once the payment is confirmed.

Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Inspect your package at the time of delivery for any visible damage.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
- In case of unexpected delays or lost shipments, please contact our support team, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
